d, Advice suitable electrode with best coating choice.
3, Electrochemical principles:
The ions in the electrolyte are often in disorderly movement. After direct current is applied, the ions move in a directional motion. The cation moves to the cathode and gets electrons at the cathode and is reduced; the anion moves to the anode, loses electrons at the anode and is oxidized.Generally, all copper foil manufacturers dissolve electrolytic copper or waste copper wire with the same purity as electrolytic copper used as the raw material, in sulfuric acid to produce an aqueous solution of copper sulfate. With a Ta-Ir anode, the oxygen will be evoluted at anode side, and copper or other cations will be evoluted at cathode side.
